Consultant Senior Faculty Member, NCERT, Psychometrician and Incharge Navodaya Vidyalaya Cell concerned with holding of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test all over the country. Associated with many major research projects of NCERT e.g. Stabilisation of Abilities and Interest Among Indian Children, Studies of Gifted Children, Sociometry in the Class Room, International Evaluation of Educational Achievement, District Primary Education Programme (DPEP), Studies concerning Appraisal of National Talent Search Tests etc.
Dr. Garg has a Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia University (New Delhi).
