Arundhati is a Research Associate at the Centre for Policy Research. A central theme of her work is focused on policy and programme issues related to urbanization and governance in India. Her recent assignments included a range of subjects related to urban issues like Urban Governance in Megacities, Electoral Dynamics in Urban India, Review of various projects and reform measures taken up under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) etc. Prior to CPR she was working with Planning Commission and Nielsen Company. She has 5 years of professional work experience in urban development sector. Arundhati is trained in Regional Planning from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi and in Geography from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi.
