  • Participatory Planning and Informality in Indonesian Cities

As part of our Urban Workshop Series, the Centre for Policy Research (CPR) and Centre de Sciences Humaines (CSH), Delhi are delighted to invite you to a Workshop on "Participatory Planning and Informality in Indonesian Cities" by Michael J. Haggerty of Pratt Institute, New York.

  • India and Equity: What Now?

Centre for Policy Research cordially invites you to a discussion on “India and Equity: What Now?”. The fact that the Durban Platform neither mentions “equity”, nor “common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities” has led to considerable concern in many developing countries.

Economic Policy Analysis

This area focuses on economic policy making across a range of sectors: trade, finance, health, education, social services, infrastructure industry, agriculture, labor markets etc. The emphasis is on analyzing existing policy based on the best available theoretical and empirical tools, and present alternatives. The focus is both on the Indian economy at all levels, but also on the international context in which it operates.
